Community Home Health is joining forces with Community Rehab Physical Therapy to offer physical therapy services at Ridgewood Retirement Community beginning September 7th.
Ridgewood Retirement Community is located at 12301 North 149th Circle, Bennington, Nebraska.
Community Home Health provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including:
- Rehabilitation programs for orthopedic conditions such as total joints, fractures, dislocations, etc.
- One on one balance training
- Strengthening programs
- Training for proper use of an assistive device such as a walker or cane
- Fall prevention programs
- Gait training
